The scope

Built around your ISP’s service requirements.

We support the customer-facing side of network delivery: installing services, resolving connection issues and helping subscribers understand their setup. Our approach is flexible across provider equipment, service packages and work-order requirements, with safety and respectful customer communication at every visit.

Capabilities

01

ISP service installation

Complete assigned end-user installations, including fiber connections and customer-premises equipment setup. Follow the provider’s activation and verification procedures, then explain the installed service to the subscriber.

02

VoIP services

Set up and verify provider-supported voice services, checking calling functionality and the assigned equipment configuration. Resolve installation issues within the work order and escalate provisioning concerns to the ISP when needed.

03

Wi-Fi performance & optimization

Assess router placement, coverage and the customer’s usage needs. Help optimize supported Wi-Fi settings and equipment placement, including mesh or access-point arrangements where included in the service scope.

04

Troubleshooting & repair

Work through the connection from the fiber handoff to the customer’s equipment to distinguish access, equipment and in-home network issues. Complete the assigned repair and verify the service afterward.

05

Customer walkthrough

Explain the equipment, connection details and basic troubleshooting steps in clear language. Confirm the customer understands the setup and document any remaining concerns.

06

Provider-specific execution

Adapt to each ISP’s tools, equipment, installation standards and reporting requirements. The work is defined by the customer’s service package and the provider’s approved scope.

Safety at every visit

Protect the technician.
Respect the customer’s space.

  1. 01

    Assess before starting

Review site conditions, access and potential hazards before bringing equipment into the work area. Coordinate with the customer and escalate unsafe conditions before proceeding.

  2. 02

    Protect people and property

Use task-appropriate protective equipment and safe work practices. Maintain orderly work areas, manage fiber scraps and routing, and take care around occupants, equipment and finished surfaces.

  3. 03

Leave the site ready for use

Check cable routing and equipment placement, remove work debris and review the completed setup with the customer before closing the visit.

Deliverables

Each visit closes with the records your ISP needs to review the work and support the subscriber.

  • Work-order completion notes and installed equipment details
  • Service verification results and relevant Wi-Fi observations
  • Customer handoff notes and any unresolved issues
  • Photos or additional records required by the provider
